I bought a 2 BHK flat which is around 1300 square feet. The price was approximately 54.47 Lakhs, which is quite reasonable considering it’s ready to move. The project was completed back in 2012, so it's an established property. The developer, Sinari Develope, has a track record. The amenities like the gymnasium and power backup are functional. The main issue is the lack of readily available bank loan information, which made the process slightly more challenging than expected. The proximity to the school is also a positive factor for my family.
