The 24x7 water supply and the promise of 100% power backup in the apartment are very reassuring for a family. The security is also good with the gated community setup. The location in Gota is convenient, though accessing Jagatpur Road, which is nearby, can sometimes involve navigating through local traffic. The rooms are a decent size for our needs, and the rain water harvesting system is a nice environmental touch. We are happy with our decision so far.
