After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to build my retirement home, and Silver Park 15 by Balaji Group seemed suitable. I chose a plot size of 1240 Sq.ft. The price was reasonable for the area on Wardha Road. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in November 2028. I appreciate the focus on landscaping and tree planting, as well as water conservation. However, the access road to the project site is narrow and can be congested during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily movement. I hope Balaji Group addresses this or that the development of the surrounding area improves connectivity.
