  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to build my retirement home, and Silver Park 15 by Balaji Group seemed suitable. I chose a plot size of 1240 Sq.ft. The price was reasonable for the area on Wardha Road. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in November 2028. I appreciate the focus on landscaping and tree planting, as well as water conservation. However, the access road to the project site is narrow and can be congested during peak hou, which is a bit of a concern for daily movement. I hope Balaji Group addresses this or that the development of the surrounding area improves connectivity.

  We visited Silver Park 15 by Balaji Group recently and were impressed with the layout of the plots. We are looking at a plot around 1240 Sq.ft. The price of 37.2 L fits our current budget. It’s under construction, with the estimated completion date in November 2028. The location on Wardha Road is quite accessible, and importantly, Khapri Metro Station is just about 3 kilometeaway, which is perfect for our daily commute to work. They have planned for landscaping and tree planting, which will make the area look nice once completed. The developer seems to be keeping up with the construction schedule so far.
