I recently moved into my new 2 BHK apartment at Silver Nook in Garia, Sonarpur. Swaraj Homes Buildecompleted this project, and it's ready to move in. Getting the Occupancy Certificate was a huge relief. The location is fantastic; it's just a short walk to the Khudiram Metro Station, making my daily commute to the office so much easier. Plus, having Narayana Hospital and the Ram Krishna Mission nearby provides a great sense of security. One small issue I've noticed is the traffic noise from the main road can be a bit noticeable during certain times of the day. However, the apartment itself is comfortable, and the developer has been responsive to queries.

We finally bought our own place! After renting for yea, this 2 BHK in Silver Nook by Swaraj Homes Buildefelt like the right move. It's ready to move in, which was a huge relief as we didn't want to wait longer. The location in Garia, Sonarpur near Subhash Park is quite convenient. It's only about half a kilometer to Narayana Hospital and the Ram Krishna Mission, which is good for emergencies and peace. The Khudiram Metro Station is also very close, making commutes easy. Our current rental is small, so the extra space here is much appreciated. We are still figuring out the exact layout of the rooms, but overall we are happy with the decision. Hopefully, the maintenance charges will be reasonable.

This is my fit property purchase, and I decided on Silver Nook. It is a ready-to-move project by Swaraj Homes Buildein Kolkata. The main reason I chose this location in Garia, Sonarpur is its proximity to important places. Ram Krishna Mission and Narayana Hospital are nearby. The Khudiram Metro Station is also at the same distance, which is perfect for me as I travel a lot for work. The project is completed and has received its Occupancy Certificate, which gives peace of mind. I am looking forward to settling in. The area seems to be developing well. I am yet to experience the amenities, but the initial impression is good.

The proximity to Khudiram Metro Station is incredibly useful for my daily commute to the city. It's also close to Narayana Hospital, which provides excellent healthcare access. My only slight concern is that the internal roads within the complex can feel a bit narrow when moving around, especially during peak houHowever, the overall construction quality seems solid, and the apartment layout is quite functional. We are looking forward to making it our family home.
