    As a business owner, I look for value and convenience. Silver Green Terrace offeboth with its ready-to-move apartments. I bought a 2 BHK which is 1150 sq.ft, a good size for my small family. The price was about 52 Lakhs. The location in Karimankulam is developing, and the proximity to the Thiruvananthapuram – Thenmala Road is useful for commuting. The amenities like the swimming pool, gymnasium, and children's play area are well-maintained. Silver Castle Construction Company Pvt. Ltd. Ltd Ltd seems to have completed the project back in 2014. One thing I noticed is that the car parking spots are a bit tight to navigate, especially for larger vehicles. However, the 24x7 water supply and high-speed elevatoare definite plus points for daily living.

My main concern was dust during construction, but it seems to have settled down now as it's a 2014 project.
