We've heard good things about Silpi Constructions. The only concern is the parking space, it might be a bit tight when we have guests over. But overall, it feels like a good value.

We finally bought our fit home at Silpi Sukriti. It is a ready to move in property which was a big factor for us as we did not want to wait. We looked at a 2 BHK apartment and the built up area is around 900 square feet which feels quite spacious for us. The location in Pallikaranai is convenient. The school is very close by, which is good. I am a little worried about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but overall we are happy with the decision. The developer is Silpi Constructions and they seem to have completed the project a while back.
