The size is about 800 square feet, which feels quite spacious for a single peon or a small family. The price was within my budget, around 33 Lakhs. Getting a home loan was also straightforward, although I haven't seen the OC yet. The area is developing, and it's close to Velammal New Gen School, which is a good sign for future appreciation. I am a bit worried about the traffic during peak houon Ravi Main Road.
