It's ready to move, which meant we could settle in quickly after our wedding. The location in Urapakkam is developing nicely, and it’s close to the Grand Southern Trunk Road for commuting. The only minor concern is the discothek amenity; we are not sure how much we will use it and if it might cause noise issues later. Otherwise, we are quite pleased with our fit home.
