I purchased a 2 BHK flat in Silicon Bala Enclave for my parents who live in Chennai. The area in Madipakkam seemed good and close to amenities they would need. The super builtup area of 898 square feet is quite spacious for them. I saw the project was ready to move which was a big plus since I couldn't coordinate a long construction period. The budget was within my expectations for this size and location. My only slight worry is about the traffic on the main roads nearby during peak hou, but hopefully, it's manageable for them.

The flat size of 750 square feet is just right for me, not too big and not too small. It was ready to move, which made the process so much easier. The only issue I've noticed is that sometimes the water pressure on my floor can be a bit low, especially during peak usage times. Other than that, it's a comfortable place.
