  We chose Silicon 101 because of its proximity to good schools. The Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School is literally next door, which is a huge relief for our daily routine. My kids don't have to travel far at all. The project by Shakti Buildcon is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. We also liked that Swastik Hospital & Dental Clinic is only 3.2 kilometeaway, providing quick access to healthcare. The connectivity to NH-8 (Old) is about 5 kilomete, which works for my husband's commute. One thing I've noticed is that parking can be a little tight during evenings when most residents are back.

It is ready to move in, which means no construction delays or worries. The location in Vatva offegood access to essential services. Swastik Hospital & Dental Clinic is just a short drive away at 3.2 kilomete, which is important at my age. Also, the Seventh Day Adventist Higher Secondary School is right at 0 kilomete, making it a very convenient landmark. While the project itself is decent, I do find the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be a bit much sometimes. Still, for a ready-to-move property, it offegood value.
