I chose a 3 BHK configuration, with a built-up area of 1529 to 1660 square feet. The ready-to-move status was a significant advantage. Its proximity to the Delhi Meerut expressway and Kaushambi Metro Station (0.78 kms) offeexcellent connectivity, crucial for my hospital commute. The project includes a swimming pool, club house, and power backup, which are standard but appreciated. The price point, 86.32 Lakh to 1.04 Crore, seemed fair for the location and amenities. My only minor concern is the traffic congestion on the main road leading to the project during certain times of the day.

It's located in Dabur Chowk, Ghaziabad, and the connectivity seems good with the Kaushambi Metro Station being just under a kilometer away. They have basic facilities like power backup and lifts, which are essential. The price was within my budget for a ready-to-move property. The location in Kaushambi, near Dabur Chowk, is convenient because it's close to the Delhi Meerut expressway. Getting around is easy.
