The price was 35.3 L. It's ready to move, so they could shift in immediately. The location near SG Highway is good for accessibility. They will appreciate the 24/7 security and the visitor parking. Amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are also a good bonus for their health. I hope the maintenance is good, as I won't be there to oveee it peonally.
