Finally, we own our own place! Signature Global The Millennia seemed like a good option. We chose a 2 BHK, about 687 square feet, which is a good upgrade from our rented place. The location in Sector 37D, Dwarka Expressway is promising, even though it's a bit far from the main Gurgaon city bustle. Getting to Pataudi Road is easy at about 2 kilometeThe Vastu compliant design and the landscaping were big pluses for us. We are still waiting for the OC, which is a bit of a concern, but the builder assures us it’s coming. The water conservation methods are also impressive.

The nearby Narayana Etechno School is great for future planning. One thing we've noticed is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, but that’s common in developing areas.
