  After retiring, I was looking for a peaceful place, and Signature Global Prime seemed like a good option. The Yoga and Meditation Area is a big plus for my daily routine. The 591 square feet 2 BHK flat offeenough space without being too much to manage. It's good that the project is IGBC Platinum Certified, indicating quality construction and sustainable practices. The proximity to Sector 55-56 Metro Station (3.42 KM) is manageable for occasional travel. However, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby sectocan be a bit botheome at times, especially on the balconies. The price was around 1.08 Crore, which is substantial, but the amenities are good.

Having 24x7 water supply and security provides peace of mind. The price was around 98 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the location and amenities. The only slight concern is the parking situation; it can get a bit tight during evenings when many residents are home. Other than that, we are happy here.
