The 591 square feet 2 BHK flat offeenough space without being too much to manage. It's good that the project is IGBC Platinum Certified, indicating quality construction and sustainable practices. The proximity to Sector 55-56 Metro Station (3.42 KM) is manageable for occasional travel. However, the dust from ongoing construction in nearby sectocan be a bit botheome at times, especially on the balconies. The price was around 1.08 Crore, which is substantial, but the amenities are good.
