Signature Global City 37D 1 is on Dwarka Expressway, Sector-37D, and offe2 and 3 BHK apartments. I purchased a 3 BHK, 1440 square feet built-up. The price was around 1.7 Crore. The amenities are impressive – gym, swimming pool, outdoor gym, and even a cricket pitch. It's ready to move, which was perfect for my urgent relocation. The nearby roads like National Highway 8 are easily accessible. My only minor concern is the traffic on Dwarka Expressway during peak houcan be quite heavy.

Otherwise, it’s a solid property from Signature Global.

The location in Sector-37D, Dwarka Expressway is quite convenient for them, being very close to National Highway 8 and Pataudi Road. Also, THE SIGNATURE ADVANCED SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL is nearby which is important. Signature Global City 37D 1 being ready to move was a big plus. My parents are happy with the Vastu compliant prayer rooms and the reflexology park. The only minor issue is that the metro station is quite far, about 10 kilometeaway. But overall, it's a good place for them.
