We are considering a 3 BHK which is 1137 square feet. The price is around 75 Lakhs, which is a stretch, but we feel it's a good investment for our family. The amenities like the gymnasium and children's play area are important for us. Singanallur is a decent locality. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on Kamaraj Road during peak hou, but we think the school and hospital being nearby is a good trade-off. We hope the construction quality is good.

The price range is between 29.99 L to 74.99 L. We liked the idea of greenhouse farming and a terrace garden, sounds very relaxing after work. The location in Singanallur is quite accessible. However, the construction is ongoing, and it's quite dusty around the site right now, which is a minor concern. We also noticed the parking looks a bit tight, especially the closed car parking.

I chose this project because it's Vastu compliant and has smart home automation features, which are quite modern. The airport is about 7 kilometeaway, which is convenient for my occasional travel. The only downside is the lack of an OC received status yet, but it is still under construction. I am looking forward to moving in.
