Having 24x7 security and power backup adds to the convenience. The children's play area is a nice touch, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The only minor issue is the approach road, which isn't very wide. But for the proximity to work and the amenities, it feels like a fair trade. The OC has been received, so that's good.

We liked the landscaping and tree planting they have done around the complex. The 24x7 security is also a plus. The main drawback we noticed is the traffic can be a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading to Aminpur. It's something we need to get used to.
