The location is excellent because the MVJ Medical College and Hospital is just 4.5 kilometeaway, which is reassuring for any emergency. Sidvin Developehas been quite helpful with the details. We like the focus on storm water drains and infrastructure. We do find that the road leading to the site is a bit narrow in some patches, but we are hopeful it will be widened soon as more houses come up in the area. We are looking forward to our home being finished in December 2027.
