We are teacheand wanted to upgrade from our rental. Sidvin Grace in Mallathahalli offered us the space we needed. We got a 2 BHK flat with a built-up area of 1162 square feet. The price was 62 Lakhs, which was manageable for us. Having a swimming pool and a party hall nearby is great for weekend relaxation and hosting guests. The proximity to Jnanabharathi Metro Station, nearby, makes commuting easier on days we don't drive. The only downside is that the parking space for visitois quite limited, which can be an issue when family visits. Otherwise, the 24x7 CCTV surveillance provides good security.

This is my fit time buying a flat and Sidvin Grace felt like a good starting point. I chose a 2.5 BHK configuration. The price was around 65 Lakhs, which fit my initial budget. It's located in Mallathahalli, which is a developing area. I checked out the children's play area, and it looks decent for future kids. The gym is also a plus. The project was completed in 2017, so it's not a new construction, but it seemed well-maintained during my visit. The lift works fine. I did notice some dust from nearby ongoing construction, which is a minor drawback. Still, I am happy with my decision.

We were looking for a spacious home and settled on Sidvin Grace. We bought a 3 BHK flat which has a built-up area ranging from 1287 square feet to 1638 square feet. The price point for our unit was around 75 Lakhs. The location in Mallathahalli is convenient, with VSS International Public School literally nearby, which is perfect for our kids. The developer, Sidvin Develope, also included a cricket pitch, which my son is very excited about. We are happy with the closed car parking facility as well. The only slight issue is the traffic getting out of Mallathahalli during peak houcan be a bit of a pain, but it's manageable.
