The built-up area is around 1500 square feet, which gives us enough space for our kids and for working from home. The location in Madhanandapuram, Chennai West is quite convenient, close to the Kundrathur Main road. We are happy with the overall space and the layout. The developer, Sidharth Foundation & Housing Ltd, seems to have focused on providing good living areas. The swimming pool and gymnasium are also nice additions for relaxation after a long day. We are looking forward to settling in properly.
