Our family needed more space so we decided to upgrade from our rental. Sidharth Palace offered a 3 BHK configuration that was perfect. The flat is around 1500 square feet, giving the kids enough room to play inside. We chose this location in Chennai Central because it's very close to CMC Maritime Academy and MGM Healthcare, both just under 1 kilometer away. That's a huge plus for us. The project by Sidharth Foundation & Housing Ltd was completed in June 2008, and it feels quite established now. The children's play area is a good addition. We did find the parking area a bit congested during evenings when everyone is back home. Also, the basketball court could use better lighting for evening games. The price was on the higher side, around 1.7 crore, but the location and space justified it for our family needs.

While the price is firm, I feel the value is there due to the location and the age of the project which means it has settled well. Getting to the metro is also manageable at nearby.
