We chose this because we wanted a bigger space than our rental and this project offered 3 BHK configurations up to 1854 sq.ft. The price range was between 42.29 L and 45.22 L. We really appreciate the 24x7 CCTV surveillance and the security cabin for peace of mind. The flower garden is a nice touch too. The only slight issue is the parking can be a bit challenging if you have a larger vehicle, but we manage.
