The area near Alandi Road is developing nicely, and it's good that they are providing 24/7 water supply and have a sewage treatment plant. The construction is still underway, with completion expected around April 2025. I looked at the 623 square feet carpet area option, which seemed spacious enough for us. The landscaping plans also looked promising. The main issue right now is the dust and traffic on Alandi Road itself, which can be quite heavy during peak houOverall, it seems like a decent buy for the future.
