We are looking for an upgrade from our rental place in Pimple Saudagar. The developer, Siddhis Venture, seems to have a good reputation. We liked the floor plan and the open gym amenity. The pricing is around 1.5 crore which is a bit high, but the location is very convenient, close to GK Gurukul. We need to consider if the EMI fits our budget.
