The price was around 40 Lakhs, which seemed reasonable for a ready-to-move property. The developer is Siddhi Homes. I liked that it's Vastu compliant and has a gymnasium. The Choice School is also very close by, which is a plus for future planning. The only slight inconvenience is the traffic on the main roads during certain times of the day, but that’s typical for Kochi. Overall, I am happy with my decision.
