I chose a 2 BHK apartment which is 1105 square feet, and it’s the perfect size for me. The location in Whitefield, Sathya Sai Layout, is convenient, with the metro station and bus stop within walking distance. This makes my daily commute much easier. The price was around 38.67 Lakh, which was manageable for my budget. The gymnasium is a great amenity for staying fit without needing a separate membehip. While the apartment is ready to move in, I do wish the internal roads within the layout were a bit wider. Overall, it’s a comfortable and secure place.
