The project offea 3 BHK flat which is about 862 square feet, a decent size for us. The price of 69.34 Lakh was on the higher end of our budget, but the availability of a library and multi-purpose hall is attractive. The developer, Siddhi Priya Developer, has provided features like fire fighting systems and closed car parking, which add to the security. Access could be a bit better; the lane leading to the main road is narrow. However, the quiet surroundings and the fountains are peaceful.

I bought a 2 BHK, which is around 768 square feet built up. The price point was within our budget at around 61.76 Lakh. The project has some good amenities like a gymnasium and a mini theatre which are useful. My only concern is that the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the construction quality looks decent from what we could inspect.

It is ready to move which was important for me. The developer, Siddhi Priya Developer, seems to have included a lot of amenities like a gymnasium and a community building. The location behind Kavisha Panorama is easy to find. What I am a bit worried about is the dust from the ongoing development in the surrounding area. It gets into the balcony quite a bit. I am hoping it settles down once more construction is finished.

We chose Siddhi Priya Imperial because of its proximity to Shanti Asiatic School, which is just about 1.86 kilometeaway. Having a daycare center within the project is also a huge plus for our younger one. We purchased a 3 BHK flat which has a built-up area of around 852 square feet. The price was a little higher than expected, around 69.34 Lakh for the larger units, but the convenience for the kids made us decide. The no vehicle zone for safety is a great feature for families. We are still waiting to see how the rainwater harvesting and water conservation systems work out in the long run.
