We selected a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 1230 Sq.ft, priced at 95 L. The proximity to S. N. Junction Metro Station (1.87 kms) is a huge plus for our daily commute. The project offea Children's Play Area and Recreation Facilities, which we might use when we start a family. The building has advanced features like Sensor operated dooand lifts, and 24x7 CCTV Surveillance. It’s ready to move in, having been completed in December 2021. The construction quality looks solid.
