We decided on Siddhi Nandan for our new home mainly because of its proximity to Tapovan School, which is literally nearby. It's a huge relief not having to worry about daily commutes for the kids. The project by Siddhi Vinayak Enterprise is under construction, with delivery expected by December 2027. We booked a 3 BHK apartment which has a carpet area of 799 square feet, giving the children enough space to play. The entrance gate has security, and they are including a fire fighting system, which is important for family safety. The nearby Wockhardt Hospitals is also a plus. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction, but that's usual for under-construction projects.
