The location in Mansarovar, Jaipur, is strategic, especially being close to St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School and CK Birla Hospitals. This is a huge plus for family convenience. The price, going up to 85.25 Lakhs for the larger units, is substantial but justified by the size and the developer Siddhi Vinayak Real Estate's reputation for timely delivery, with completion in June 2024. The community hall is a nice addition for gatherings. One thing I noticed is the parking area seems a bit compact; fitting larger SUVs might be a tight squeeze. However, the overall quality and facilities are good.

We just moved into our new 4 BHK at Siddhi Lotus. Having St. Anselm's Senior Secondary School right at nearby was the main reason we chose this project by Siddhi Vinayak Real Estate. Our kids can walk to school now. The apartment is large, around 1865 Sq.ft, giving everyone enough space. The area is quite developed, and it’s good that the hospital is also at nearby. We appreciate the power backup and rain water harvesting systems. The price point was acceptable for a 4 BHK in this prime Mansarovar location. The only minor issue is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main road leading here, but inside the society, it's peaceful. Overall, a good move for our family.

Finally bought our own 3 BHK in Siddhi Lotus after yeaof renting. The carpet area of 1259 Sq.ft to 1522 Sq.ft felt right for our needs. We got it for around 60 Lakhs, which was within our budget. The project is ready to move, with completion in June 2024, which was great as we didn't want to wait. The developer, Siddhi Vinayak Real Estate, seems reliable. We liked the closed car parking facility. However, the road access to the main highway could be better; it's a bit narrow for about 200 mete, which can be slightly inconvenient sometimes, especially with a car. But for the price and location in Mansarovar, it's a decent deal.

The location in Mansarovar is quite central. My only concern is that the rooms, while functional, are not exceptionally large. For someone who likes a lot of space, this might be a minor issue. The price range of 56.64 L to 85.25 L was a bit high for us initially, but the quality and amenities like closed car parking and 24X7 water supply made us consider it. The construction completion was June 2024, so it's very new. We are hoping the connectivity improves as Mansarovar Metro Station is nearby.
