We decided on Siddhi Aspire mainly because of the proximity to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is just nearby. That makes the morning drop-off much easier. We looked at a 2 BHK flat and the carpet area is decent, starting from 523 Sq.ft. The rooftop club and swimming pool are great amenities for the kids and for us to relax. The developer, Siddhivinayak Group, seems to be taking their time with construction, with completion expected in June 2029. The location in Ambegaon Budruk is developing nicely. We are hoping the traffic situation around Burger King doesn't become too much of a hassle once more people move in.

We did notice some dust and noise from ongoing construction, which is expected but something to be aware of. Bharati Hospital is also nearby at nearby.
