I bought a 2 BHK flat in Siddhesh Heights. The carpet area is around 662 Sq.ft which is manageable for one peon. It's ready to move in which was a big factor for me as I needed to relocate quickly for work. The location in Wadala Gaon, Kalpataru Nagar, is quite convenient with easy access to the Mumbai Nasik express way and National Highway 50. This makes my commute much easier. The 24X7 water supply is also a relief. My only minor issue is that the parking area seems a bit cramped. It’s hard to maneuver my small car sometimes. Otherwise, the project by Siddhesh Developeseems decent enough for a single occupant.

This is great for weekend travel. The inclusion of solar energy in their electrification plan by Siddhesh Developeis a forward-thinking approach. The closed car parking is also a necessary feature. My only minor concern is the noise from the nearby highway can be audible inside the flat at times, but it is not too disruptive.

The location in Kalpataru Nagar, Nashik, is not too far from the Rathachakra Chowk Bus Station, making travel accessible.
