  Having retired recently, I was looking for a peaceful place to settle. Siddhartha Sunny Vistaa 1 in Hosur seemed like a good option. The plot size of 1200 Sq.ft is manageable for me. I appreciate the 24x7 security and the overall gated community feel. The landscaping and tree planting add to the pleasant atmosphere. It's close to the hospital, which is reassuring. The project was completed in March 2022 and is ready to move into. My only minor observation is that the dust from ongoing construction nearby can be a bit botheome sometimes. However, the rainwater harvesting system is a good initiative.

I haven't faced any major issues so far, but sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak houThe children's play area is a nice touch, although I don't use it peonally. Overall, it feels like a secure place to invest in.
