Having amenities like 24X7 water supply and power backup is standard but necessary. My main concern here is the accessibility from the main Wardha Road; the approach road is quite narrow and can be inconvenient for larger vehicles. This might affect property appreciation in the short term.

It's also good that it's located in Shankarpur, Nagpur. However, the distance to MIDAS HOSPITAL, nearby, is a bit far for emergencies, and the overall connectivity could be better. The fire sprinkleare a good safety feature, though.

After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle. I bought a residential plot at Siddharth Kartik Thool in Shankarpur. The location on Wardha Road is accessible, and it's good that the project is ready to move in. I appreciate the provision for 24X7 water supply, which is essential. It's also reassuring to know there is power backup in case of outages. While the plot size of 2887 Sq.ft is ample, I do feel the developer could have improved the internal road accessibility. It’s a bit dusty right now, but hopefully, that will improve once more people move in. It’s a decent investment for the future.
