The built-up area for 3 BHKs goes up to 1288 sq.ft, so ouis quite spacious. The price was 75 Lakh, which was at the higher end of our budget, but we felt the amenities justified it. The swimming pool, gymnasium, and clubhouse are excellent. We also liked the 1.72-acre lake in front of the clubhouse; it's very picturesque. The 24x7 water supply is a relief compared to our rental. My only slight worry is the parking; it might get a bit tight during peak hou, but the car parking is available. The security features are also top-notch.
