The project looks very green with all the landscaping and tree planting, and the private forest walkway sounds amazing for evening strolls. We are looking at the 2 BHK options, around 586 sq.ft which seems like a good size for us starting out. The price point is a bit high, starting at 78.14 lakh, but the amenities like the swimming pool and gym are really attractive. It’s still under construction, expected completion is December 2028, which is a bit far but acceptable. The dual access from Rajarhat and New Town is a definite plus for commuting to our IT jobs.
