Appeato be focusing on quality aspects like seismic-resistant RCC structure, which is very important for our peace of mind. The 3 BHK unit at 1093 square feet feels sufficient for us as we downsize from our larger house. The location in Sishu Vihar is quite green and quiet. My only minor concern is that the construction is ongoing and it is quite dusty right now, but that is expected. Everything seems to be well planned and the layout is vastu compliant which my family appreciates a lot.
