I opted for a 3 BHK flat with a carpet area of 786 Sq.ft. The price of 1.14 Crore was acceptable considering the convenience. Being ready to move meant I could settle in quickly. The 24x7 CCTV Surveillance offea good sense of security. The only downside I've noticed is the noise from the main road, Kankariya Road, especially during the day. However, the proximity to the hospital and the comfortable living space outweigh this.
