We purchased a 2 BHK flat at Shugan Pushkar Elegance. My business requires me to travel frequently, so the close proximity to the Expressway and NH-8 was a major factor. It is close to both, which is fantastic. The flat size is around 1150 Sq.ft, which gives us enough space. The price was in the 24 Lakh range. The developer, Pushkar Elegance, has a decent track record, which gave us confidence. The only concern is the construction is still ongoing and expected completion is September 2025. This means dealing with dust and noise for a while, and also hoping they stick to the timeline. The area is developing, so we feel it's a good investment.

We are teachelooking to upgrade from our rented place and decided on Shugan Pushkar Elegance. We chose a 2 BHK flat with a super builtup area of 1170 Sq.ft. The price was around 24 Lakh, which was manageable with our combined savings. The location in Vatva, Ahmedabad, is good because it’s close to Swastik Hospital & Dental Clinic, which is nearby. This provides a sense of security. Pushkar Elegance is the developer, and they are building this project. It is still under construction, with completion expected in September 2025. We are a bit concerned about the parking situation if we have guests, as sometimes parking can be a challenge in these areas. The monthly maintenance charges are also something we need to inquire about.
