We were impressed by the inclusion of a community hall and ample landscaping. The 24x7 water supply is a must for us. The project is gated and has CCTV surveillance, which adds to the feeling of security. It's still under construction, with completion expected in May 2030. The nearby AJIT PUBLIC SCHOOL being a short distance is a huge plus for when we plan to start a family. The only thing is that the roads around Tijara Road can get quite busy, which might be a concern for daily commutes.
