I am purchasing this flat in Shubham Shubham Kothi for my parents who will be living in Ghaziabad. The ready-to-move status was a key requirement, and this project delivered. The location in DLF Ankur Vihar is convenient, especially with Nav Jeewan Model Sr. Sec. School and New Tech Eye Hospital so close – practically at nearby. This ensures my parents have easy access to amenities and healthcare. The Shubham Real Estate developer has a reputation I trust. I haven't seen the specific flat size, but from the pictures, it looks comfortable for an elderly couple. The main challenge for me is managing things from afar, but knowing it's ready makes it simpler. The distance to Shiv Vihar Metro Station is a bit far for them, but they don't use it often.

We needed to move quickly for my new hospital posting and Shubham Shubham Kothi was ready to move in, which was a huge relief. The location in DLF Ankur Vihar is quite convenient, especially with Nav Jeewan Model Sr. Sec. School being literally nearby. My daughter can walk to school now. The apartment itself is decent, not too large but functional for us. The only slight issue is the traffic getting onto the main roads during peak hou, it can be a bit of a crawl. We chose Shubham Shubham Kothi because it was ready to move and the location is fantastic for our children. Having Nav Jeewan Model Sr. Sec. School right at nearby means no more long commutes for the kids, which is a massive benefit. The New Tech Eye Hospital is also very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The apartments are a good size for our family of four. The only drawback we've noticed is that the parking area can get a bit congested during evenings when people return home. Otherwise, Shubham Real Estate seems to have delivered a good product. The proximity to schools was the deciding factor for us.

We were looking for our fit home and wanted something ready to move in. Shubham Shubham Kothi fit the bill. The area DLF Ankur Vihar has potential, and we liked the idea of being close to New Tech Eye Hospital, even though we hope not to need it often! The flatness we got is a comfortable size for two people. We are still figuring out the best way to commute to our IT jobs, the Shiv Vihar Metro Station is nearby, which is manageable but not ideal. Construction quality seems solid from what we've seen. Shubham Real Estate provided regular updates during the process.
