The location in DLF Ankur Vihar is convenient, especially with Nav Jeewan Model Sr. Sec. School and New Tech Eye Hospital so close – practically at nearby. This ensures my parents have easy access to amenities and healthcare. The Shubham Real Estate developer has a reputation I trust. I haven't seen the specific flat size, but from the pictures, it looks comfortable for an elderly couple. The main challenge for me is managing things from afar, but knowing it's ready makes it simpler. The distance to Shiv Vihar Metro Station is a bit far for them, but they don't use it often.
