It’s conveniently located in Kherdi, very close to both Aparant Hospital and United English School, both are just zero kilometeaway. This makes my daily commute very easy. The project is by Shubham Developer and it is ready to move in. I heard they have other configurations too like 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats. The construction feels solid, and I like the quiet neighborhood. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable going forward.
