Shubham Developehave made the project ready to move, which simplified things for me. I liked the entrance lobby and the lift facilities. The location in Sanand is decent, with Sanand Junction nearby. The 24x7 water supply and power backup are good safety nets. It feels like a solid investment for a fit-time buyer. I’m still exploring all the amenities, but so far, it feels like a good start.
