    We were specifically looking for a home near good schools for our children. Shubham Heights in Panchavati, Mahalaxmi Nagar, is perfect as Ambalal Premji Patel High School is literally nearby. We booked a 3 BHK flat which is 1361 square feet built up, giving us plenty of room. The price was in the 58.74 Lakh range. Being ready to move was a major plus for us as we didn't want to wait. Shubham Builder & Developeincluded amenities like Solar Lighting and Power Backup, which are helpful. The location is convenient with hospitals also very close. One thing I noticed is that the parking area might be a bit tight if many residents own multiple ca, but for us it's fine.
