The 3 BHK configuration with 1100 square feet built-up area in Kharar, Sector 115, offeample space for us and future plans. The price point starting at 59.9 Lakh was attractive, especially since it is ready to move. We really like the yoga/meditation area and the general green spaces like the flower garden. The proximity to National Highway-21 is fantastic for my commute to work. Shubham Buildehas designed the project well. One thing we noticed is that the parking might be a little tight if you have a larger vehicle or plan to have guests over frequently. Otherwise, it’s a great place for young professionals.
