    Finding a good home near a school was our priority. Shubh The Vintage is located right opposite The South International School, which is incredibly convenient for our children. The 3 BHK apartments have a good carpet area, ranging from 846 to 918 sq.ft. The developer, Shubh Labh Infra, has included a multipurpose hall and a community hall, which will be useful for family functions. They also have a kids' play area which is a must for us. The project is under construction and scheduled for completion in December 2029. The only minor issue is that the parking situation is not very clear yet, and we have two caOverall, it seems like a good family-oriented project.
