The price of 13.92 Lakh was within our budget, and the fact that it was ready to move saved us a lot of hassle. Shubh Realtohave built this project off National Highway 8, providing good access. My husband noted that the parking area could be a bit more spacious if one has multiple vehicles, but for us, it is manageable. The building has a lift which is convenient. Overall, it's a decent property for the cost and immediate occupancy.
