    This is my fit flat purchase. I chose Shubh Shagun Enclave because it was ready to move. The 2 BHK carpet area is around 960 square feet, which is a good size for me. It's located in Hesag, near Pundag. I really liked that they have an RO water system installed for drinking water, and also a fire fighting system for safety. The developer, Shubh Shagun Developer, seems to provide basic but necessary facilities. My only slight worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, but it’s manageable.
