A slight concern is the distance to the Garware College Metro Station, which is an 11-minute ride away, making daily commutes a bit longer if we rely on the metro.     We booked a 3 BHK at Shubh Ravindu because of its proximity to St. VIEW INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, which is literally a short distance. That's a huge relief for us. The apartment size is quite good, we are looking at the 1000+ Sq.ft carpet area options. Shubh Ventures seems to have decent amenities like 24X7 water supply. The only thing that worries me is the Bibwewadi road traffic, especially during school drop-off and pick-up times. It gets quite congested. Also, construction is ongoing, so there is some dust and noise right now, but they say it will be done by July 2026.
