We recently moved into a 2 BHK at Shubh Nilaya. The carpet area is generous, up to 595 square feet, which is a significant upgrade from our rental place. Being ready to move was a huge advantage. We like the fact that Shubh Realtohave included amenities like landscaping and tree planting, making the surroundings pleasant. The lift service is efficient. However, the recreation facilities are still developing, so not much to utilize there yet. Also, the Ramwadi Metro Station is a short distance, which is good, but sometimes the traffic on DY Patil Univeity Road can be a bit of a challenge, especially in the mornings and evenings. Overall, it's a good step up for us.

We just moved into our 1.5 BHK at Shubh Nilaya last month. The location in Lohegaon is really convenient, especially being a short distance Ramwadi Metro Station which helps a lot with my commute. My partner liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex, it feels quite green. The apartment size is decent for us, though the 1 BHKs are a bit compact, around 373 to 439 square feet. Shubh Realtoseem to have decent construction quality. So far, the 24x7 water supply has been reliable. We haven't faced any major issues but the street lighting could be a bit brighter in some areas.
